Welcome to the first official online Headquarters for the SunWolves, an organized Pack of dedicated gamers. From Halo 3, to Gears of War 2, to Call of Duty 4, the SunWolves emphasize the three C's of unit success: Cooperation, Coordination, Communication. With our aggressive teamwork, the SunWolves have demonstrated the value of loyalty, respect, and confident skill. As a unified whole, we have what it takes to dominate the Net. And alone, each member has the qualities and abilities necessary to conquer ANY situation. Of course, you'll never catch us alone. That's what makes the SunWolves so deadly.

Currently, this is the Headquarters for the three major branches of the SunWolves. Our Gears of War 2 branch is currently recruiting, and anyone interested should leave us a message requesting the leaders Gamertag. Our Call of Duty 4 branch is still under development. When our branch leader is selected, we will let you know. And finally, Halo 3. The birthplace of the SunWolves, and the home of our most hardcore members. Send us a message with your Gamertag, and we'll be sure to get you started as soon as possible.

The SunWolves value quality over quantity. We accept only those few who have what it takes to work in a team. That being said, our Pack understands that great players aren't made in a day. So, as a result, we accept any player willing to learn and grow. As long as you demonstrate a good attitude and quality teamwork, the SunWolves have your back. With determination, everyone has what it takes to excel and succeed. We provide that opportunity.

These are our Codes of Conduct. They are as follows:

1: Be respectful to everyone at all times
2: Be responsible for the actions of yourself and those in your Squad

In addition to the obvious (above), here are specific rules for you to adhere to:

1: No disrespecting other teams or players.
It's much more satisfying to win and smile. And if you lose, they were the better players, REGARDLESS of their attitude. You have learned from the battle and can apply that knowledge for future victories.

2: Show loyalty to your Pack.
Wear your Emblem with pride. Let everyone know you belong to the SunWolves. And remember: you're part of a team.

3: Cooperate, Coordinate, Communicate.
These are the three C's of Squad success, and it's vital for the SunWolves. Learn them, and overcome all obstacles together, as a Pack.

4: Listen to those appointed above you.
I put them there for a reason. Your squad leader will help you grow as a unit. Respect him, and someday you may have a squad of your own.

Remember these simple rules and you will achieve many things.

Here is the breakdown of all of the ranks and roles in the SunWolves, from lowest to highest.

S09, Pack Initiate:
This is the starting rank for all new SunWolves. You dont really have many privileges, including joining our website or joining one of our advance teams. But no worries, because this rank doesnt last very long.
Requirements for promotion: Show loyalty and a good attitude, and put in a week of time. Your S05 will know when you're ready for promotion.

S08, Pack Member:
This is the basic rank for the SunWolves. You can now join our websites, and are regarded as a full member for most programs. However, you still cannnot tryout for a Spec License or move on to an advance team.
Requirements for promotion: Show your loyalty. Put in a month of time with the SunWolves, learn the ranking structure up to S05, and show an all around positive, productive attitude.

S07, Pack Wolf:
These are the Big Dogs in the Squad. Our proven members, and our most loyal SunWolves. A Pack Wolf has all of our Clan privileges, including the ability to tryout for a Spec License and move on to an advance team. Also, this rank is the launchpad for all of our higher promotions.
Requirements for promotion: Easy, continue doing what you do best. You've proven you're loyalty, commitment and leadership qualities. All that's left is to wait until a position is opened up for you.

NOTICE:
For All ranks above S07, promotions are handed out on a need-to basis. That is, if we need you somewhere, you get the promotion. Anything above S07 is highly competitive, and only the most qualified SunWolves can attain the higher ranks.

S06, Sub-Lieutenant:
This is the first rank that has responsibilities attached to it. An S06 is the right hand man for your Squad Lieutenant. As an S06, you are able to perform any actions that S05's can, but with certain limitations:
First, you must ask your S05 for permission BEFORE you complete an action.
Second, you have to report to your S05 after that action is completed. Make sure he/she knows what you're up to.

S05, Squad Lieutenant:
This is the bread and butter of the SunWolves. Our S05's are motivated, qualified individuals able to lead a team to success. Listen to your S05, because he got that rank for a reason.
The responsibilities an S05 has are as follows:
1: Recruitment.
An S05 can recruit new members into the SunWolves, provided they meet our Selection Criteria. Also, an S05 may ONLY recruit up to a maximum of 5(FIVE) members into his Squad. We are very strict about this limit.
2: Promotions.
An S05 is the first rank that can hand out promotions. He may promote members IN HIS SQUAD up to the rank of S06, provided they qualify. Your S05 is responsible for your promotions, no one else.
3: Practices.
An S05 is required to schedule at least one practice per week, to help his Squad improve as a team and as individuals.
Your Squad Lieutenant is your team leader. He is there to motivate, train, and push you as a Squad. He is a mentor as well as a leader. Respect him, and achieve great things.

S04, Platoon Leader:
2 to 4 Squads
Our Platoon Leaders are the first major step up the SunWolves hierarchy, and the first rank that focuses more on Clan management then Squad management.

The S04s responsibilities are as follows:
1: Make sure each S05 in his Platoon is doing his/her job and making sure their three responsibilities are fulfilled.

2: Organize Squad skirmishes within his Platoon. Pit one S05 against another, every week. This will make sure our teams maintain a competitive edge throughout their stay with the SunWolves.

3: Organize Clan Battles the S04 becomes aware of. An S04 has the power to select an S05 to enter a Clan Battle, based on the results of his weekly Squad skirmishes.

4: Fulfill any special orders from the higher ranks, if they deviate from his/her normal orders.

S03, Battalion Commander:
1 to 5 Platoons
The Battalion Commander is the leading organizational member in the SunWolves. He is responsible for alot of members, and therefore selection for S03's is a careful and timely process.

The S03s responsibilities are as follows:
1: Make sure his S04's are doing their jobs.

2: Complete any objectives handed down from the higher ranks.

3: Manage the Spec Leaders in his Battalion.

S02, Division Head:
Up to 5 Battalions
The Division Head is the second in command with the SunWolves. These guys mean business, and are only selected from the most capable members of our Pack.

S02s responsibilities include:
1: Manage the assorted Battalions under the Division Head. This means handing down special incentives and orders, as well as making sure the S03s are fulfiling their responsibilities.

2: Participate in the Board of Directors, which oversees all changes and new rules in the SunWolves.

S01, SunWolves Leader:
The whole damn Clan
This is my position, S01. Here are my responsibilities as S01:

1: Keep people motivated. If this means takin you out back for some wall-to-wall couseling, so be it.

2: Anything and Everything else. If it doesn't fall under another ranks responsibilities, I handle it.

3: Change things. Everything with the SunWolves I can change at a moments notice. Except for your underwear, dont even ask.
Otherwise, watch out, because I'm like a mix of Monarch, Jedi Master and President, all rolled into one.

4: Heard the Board of Directors. Someone has to hear me ramble.
